Everyone is welcome: meat lovers, vegans, vegetarians, people with food allergies, families with children, virgin cooks, and accomplished chefs. We adjust your ingredients according to your dietary restrictions or I don’t eat this or that.

Smaller classes (max 8 students) make for a very personal learning experience.

The business owner Chef Lee teaches all classes. The classes are taught in our stainless steel and air-conditioned classroom.

After class we can assist you with your taxi to either your next destination or alternatively at your option, you can have your taxi take you to the nearby water taxi (Thai commuter boat taxi) where 20 baht will give you a true Thai cultural commute experience to any destination along the canal all the way to victory monument near Khao San Road.

The 10 AM Bangkok cooking class starts at 10 AM and ends at about 2 PM depending on the size of the class. We chose the 10 am start time so you can be in your taxi by 9 AM and avoid Bangkok rush hour traffic. We strongly recommend you reserve your Bangkok taxi the night before their class.

A detailed look at ingredients before you prepare them for your first dish. You are then guided through creating your gourmet Thai dish. You then eat the dish you just made. You will repeat prepare, cook, and eat, for each dish one dish at a time. Your chef will blend Thai culture into the class with explanations of the origin of the dishes. She will also provide alternative ingredients for those ingredients that may be hard to find in your home location.

The dishes selected for the cooking class are the most popular Thai cuisines and are selected so they cover the techniques required for you to create gourmet Thai cuisines for your family, friends, and associates.

All classes are taught by the school owner, Chef Lee herself, guaranteeing your instructor has a vested interest in your learning experience satisfaction. Chef Lee is a University graduate with a bachelor’s degree. She may be the only Thai National cooking instructor holding a Thai Government Dept. of Skills level 1 chef certificate. Chef Lee has over 20 years of experience teaching Thai and foreigners the tricks to successful traditional Thai cuisine creation. Just like Grandma made! She has excellent 2nd language English and truly cares that you learn and have fun doing so!

We are located inside a 45-year-old gated residential community which is something you will not see in the usual tourist areas of Bangkok.

There are currently 3 ways to come to us from all popular foreigner lodgings in Bangkok. In the NEAR FUTURE, sky-train and the underground train will also be an option.

Our current location is temporarily at Seri Thai Rd. Soi 57 Alley 65.

We will be returning to the old location in the near future. It is located in the middle of a bustling daily morning street market just 1 km off Seri Thai Rd. up Soi 57, on the corner of Alley 65, the property # being 4/1206.
