Head Chef Maximilien Acier has searched far and wide for the finest ingredients that best represents our philosophy for freshness. And as part of that philosophy and our farm to table quest we have partnered with the Royal Project participating farms in Chiang Mai.

The Royal Project is an initiative of His Majesty, King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand. It was founded in 1969 to solve the problems of deforestation and poverty by replacing it with alternative agriculture. Concentrating on promoting the amazing fruit and vegetable produce grown in the northern part of Thailand.

Sourcing the best quality ingredients also extends to our juicy Rotisserie Baby Chicken and, of course, our signature Tomahawk. An item that has been on our menu since we opened our doors five year ago.

The menu features a wide range of affordable mouth-watering dishes and culminate with gourmet specialties such Côte de Bœuf of 300 days grain fed Wagyu Beef, French Duck a l’Orange or spectacular and only one in Bangkok CANARD au SANG from the Christofle Silver Duck Press, authentic Dover Sole, fresh Oysters from France, Foie Gras… as well as spectacular Martinis and well balanced wine list.

Light filled accommodation with pastel hues and custom made furniture and marble bathrooms offers comfort and elegance in every corner. Handmade artwork and luxurious chandeliers are featured throughout the hotel, crafted thoughtfully by hand from local artisans inspired from the traditions of flower garlands and the welcoming ceremonies celebrated in Thailand.
